A Funny Thing Happened, Life Behind the Scenes: Hollywood Hilarity and Manhattan Mayhem
Just released July 24th, 2010: Hollywood in the 1960s was filled with some of the greatest names in TV, movies and music. The city was filled with people like Frank Sinatra, Mel Brooks, Florence Henderson, Marlo Thomas and more. But what were these talents really like to the people working around them?
Emmy Award-winner Lester Colodny lived for two decades among these people. He was a scriptwriter, worked at the William Morris Agency, was a producer and sold scripts to shows and actors to producers. Colodny wrote and worked for for such shows as Get Smart, My Favorite Martian, Love,American Style, Beetle Bailey and more. He co-wrote Fun City with Joan Rivers, created The Munsters, and wrote the screenplay that would go on to be a Jerry Lewis classic, Which Way to the Front. He knew these people at a professional and personal level, and he was backstage to see what really went on.
Now, he is telling his rich story in an exciting, laugh-a-minute book from SciArt Media. Although, like any life story, there are fictionalized parts and some names were changed, this is a delightful romp through stardom.

Hannah's Revenge: The True Story of the Nightmarish Journey of Hannah Dustin
A new look at one of New England's most controversial women in history, by Juanita Carey.
Hannah Duston (born in 1657) was a colonial New England woman who, in 1697, was captured along with Mary Ness during an Indian raid, her baby murdered and the rest of her children lost during the melee, along with her beloved husband, Thomas, who went missing.
During her forced journey along the Merrimack River with the Indians and their children, she met up with Samuel Leonardson, a 14-year-old white captive. The boy had been captured long ago, and had traveled with the Indian group.
When they reached what is now Penacook, New Hampshire, where the Contoocook River meets the Merrimack, the three took action to regain their freedom and return to their families. Would they fight back, or simply try to flee?
